Facial Peels
Our new age peels allow treatments to be individually tailored to skin type and age, rather than the ‘one type fits all’ peels previously offered.
Our exclusive peel range is a programme of chemical treatments designed to exfoliate your skin and encourage it to refresh it by creating fresh new skin cells. It is not limited to improving your face; this rejuvenating treatment can be used to refresh the hands and neck as well, to create a more complete age-defying effect.
A course of four treatments over a four to six week period is advised to gain the full effect with each treatment taking around 30 minutes to complete; however, each treatment plan will be created tailored to your individual needs.
Chemical Peels can be a solution to address various skin problems
Dermamelan Peel
Dermamelan is the world’s number 1 peel in the world for de-pigmentation and is compatible with any skin colour. It works by reducing any sort of skin discoloration caused by, sun exposure, hormones, menopause and any sort of trauma to the skin, such as acne. It is most commonly used for people who are suffering from Melasma, Chloasma or Hyper-Pigmentation.
How it the Dermamelan Peel Works
Dermamelan is a Tyrosinase inhibitor, responsible for the production of Melanin in our skin. Melanin is the determinant of skin colour, hair and eyes. The ingredients found in Dermamelan (Ascorbic Acid, Phytic Acid, Kojic Acid, Retinyl Palmitate, Titanium Dioxide and Arbutine) block this enzyme, and therefore give our skin a very depigmentated, glowing surface.
Cosmelan Peel
Melasma and hyperpigmentation have historically been some of the toughest skin conditions to treat because discoloration lies so deep within the skin’s layers and is hard for medications to target. However, with Cosmelan and CosmelanMD, these conditions can be greatly improved.
Cosmelan is different than lasers
Laser, IPL, and FotoFacial treatments can be extremely effective at treating minor melasma and skin discolorations. Most often we suggest that patients who have more excessive melasma or deeper hyperpigmentation undergo a series of FotoFacial treatments and do Cosmelan for the most effective results for these hard to treat conditions.
Most often the patients will undergo a few FotoFacial treatments, then do the Cosmelan, then do a few more FotoFacial treatments. Some patients do opt to do the Cosmelan procedure as a stand-alone treatment.
What kind of results can I expect from a Cosmelan peel treatment?
You should expect some peeling and flaking of the skin, more with CosmelanMD. Make-up can be applied daily and light moisturizers and sunscreens should be used throughout the treatment.
During the two weeks and post-treatment, you will notice a lightening of the treated discoloration and a “breaking up” of the melanin. These results will increase over time. You should use daily sunscreen and can purchase additional home care products, to help keep the melanin from reappearing or developing new areas of pigmentation. If needed, additional full Cosmelan treatments can be performed.
Eye Peel
The Eye Peel can turn back the clock. Is the skin around your eyes looking tired due to wrinkles, roughened texture, and irregular coloration? Loss of skin quality is a significant factor contributing to the aging of your lower eyelid skin. Le Gorjuss Cosmetic Clinic, offers a mild resurfacing procedure to diminish the changes caused by damage to under eye skin and the crows feet area.
Lower eyelid chemical peeling is appropriate for patients who would like to see a reduction in fine wrinkling, softening of deep creases, and smoother texture around the eyes without surgery. We recommend the mandelic acid peel to produce a freshening effect for the thin and delicate skin around the eyelids, as it yields visible results without scarring, significant changes in pigmentation or muscle contraction. Mandelic acid peels are a type of alpha hydroxy (AHA) peel, similar to a glycolic acid or lactic acid peel. One of the benefits of the mandelic acid peel is that it is appropriate for all skin tones. Discuss your options with Dr. Suman to determine the best skin revitalization treatment for your skin characteristics.
What to Expect From the Eye Peel Process
Dr. Suman will discuss the post-treatment care program to minimize the chance of pigmentation discoloration, which consists of a daily application of sunscreen and other protective measures such as the use of sunglasses and wide-brimmed hats for several months following the eye peel.

Underarm Peel
– Why underarm whitening is a beauty treatment in Hyderabad
For celebrities and socialites in Hyderabad, dark armpits are not good, and they’ll work hard to get rid of them
Procedure involves using laser treatment, exfoliation and whitening creams to remove underarm hair and skin pigmentation
The procedure first involves permanently removing underarm hair with laser treatment. The next issue is dealing with the skin pigmentation of the underarm that typically looks darker. Lasers are used to treat the dark coloration, followed by a gentle exfoliation that is usually done in the clinic because the skin is quite sensitive after laser treatment. Finally whitening creams are given to patients to continue applying on their underarms at home. The laser treatment and exfoliation may require several visits over a few months.
